SAUCHIE JUNIORS have finally completed a deal to bring Ross Crawford back to the club.
The forward, who finished as the Reds' top goalscorer in 2019 before moving to Brechin City, has returned to Clacks in a permanent move.
Crawford spent the latter half of last season back on loan at Fraser Duncan's side, impressing in a number of performances, only for the Covid-19 pandemic to cut short the East of Scotland Premier Division campaign.
Advertiser Sport understands Sauchie had been keen on securing Crawford on a permanent return at the end of last year, only for Brechin City boss Mark Wilson to opt for a loan move instead.
Crawford is the latest player to sign up ahead of football's long awaited return, following the likes of Darren Smith and Oliver Fleming in committing to life under Duncan.
Boss Duncan said: "[I am] delighted to announce Ross and have him on board.
"Ross is a player who we have been speaking to closely through the period and he will add our final piece of the jigsaw."
