A 21-year-old serial offender, who caused more trouble just hours after being granted bail, has been jailed.
Kai McAloon, of no fixed abode, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court by video-link from prison.
He admitted that on October 31 at Turret Court, Alloa, he repeatedly shouted, swore, acted in an aggressive manner, made threats and offensive remarks.
The court was told McAloon shouted at police after being arrested: “Are you f****** stupid. Open this cage and see what happens. I’ve been done for attempted murder.”
Sheriff Elizabeth McFarlane jailed McAloon for four months.
At a previous hearing where he was remanded in custody, Sheriff Neil Bowie commented, “Over the past six months he’s been on an absolute crimewave.
"Perhaps that's an exaggeration but he’s been repeatedly offending again and again.”
