A CALLOUS conman, who took £3000 for a job he never carried out, still has not paid the victim, with Alloa Sheriff Court told of another delay.
Scammer Graham Dalton has been telling the court for months he is going to pay the cash back and the saga continues.
He conned a recently-retired Tillicoultry man out of £3k for a roofing job that was never done.
Dalton, 25, of Brankholm Brae, Hamilton, has appeared back in the dock with his victim still out of pocket, more than three years later.

He has repeatedly promised to pay back the money and says now his dad has given him £3000 taken out of his pension.
However, that money had still not be paid to Dalton’s solicitor to be passed on to the victim.
Dalton admitted that between January 26 and August 19 2021, at Fir Park, Tillicoultry, he pretended he would carry out building work and obtained £3000 by fraud.
Sheriff Clair McLachlan deferred sentencing once again, this time until November 28.
