A MAN has been fined for using dogs to kill rabbits in Menstrie.
Darren McCutcheon, 31, pleaded guilty to using dogs and ferrets to catch and kill rabbits in a field in the village.
He pled guilty at Alloa Sheriff Court on Wednesday, November 6 and was served with a £540 fine.

Constable Laura Robertson, wildlife crime officer, said: "Wildlife crime causes unnecessary suffering to animals and we are committed to tackling crimes of this nature.
"I would urge anyone with information on this type of crime to contact Police Scotland on 101."
