PUPILS from a Wee County high school got the chance to exhibit their artwork at a housing association’s offices.
Third year pupils at Alloa Academy were tasked with coming up with new designs for Ochil View Housing Association.
They had recently renovated their office and were looking for items of artwork to decorate it with.
Following discussions, the project was handed to S3 pupils at the school to undertake, with Ava C, Megan D and Niamh G chosen as the winners.
Linda McLaren, director of housing services at Ochil View, said: “We are thoroughly delighted with the artwork we have received.

“We would like to thank all pupils that took part and all of the teachers in the art department at Alloa Academy – in particular Jamie Jack, Kirsty Barr and Lucy Urquhart for supporting the project.
“We are in the process of framing all of the art and it will be displayed throughout our offices for many years to come.”
The pupils were tasked with sticking to housing or building-based themes for their artwork.
Following completion, the designs will be framed and displayed on the ground floor of the Ochil View offices.
Staff at Ochil View collectively judged the entries submitted, with three lucky pupils earning the chance to have their work showcased at the housing association’s main offices.
To celebrate, Ochil View held a small gathering for pupils and their families to witness their artwork on display in the offices.
