A FORMER barber shop in Alloa will make way for a flat, should plans be approved by Clackmannanshire Council.
Proposals have been put forward to convert Rudi's Turkish Barber, located 10 Shillinghill, into a flat.
The barber shop has been closed for some time now, with the developers looking to turn the property into a bottom floor flat.
The flat would sit under 10a Shillinghill, which is already a dwelling, should the plans be accepted.
As part of the plans, the developers are seeking permission to make alterations to the interior layout which would include installation of replacement windows.

The site has a history of being barbershops, with Rudi's occupying the property since 2017 and Gorilla Grooming barbershop before that.
The plans have been submitted to the council's planning department, with a decision to be made in due course.
The full proposals can be viewed online via the Clackmannanshire Council planning portal, reference number 24/00226/FULL.
