A RESIDENT at a homeless accommodation centre told an employee there he would punch his face in.
Zaveia McGowan, 30, of Hallpark, Sauchie, was not happy when he was told it was too late to have a visitor there.
McGowan appeared for sentencing at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on July 28 at Hallpark, he acted aggressively towards an employee there.
He shouted, swore, struck a screen, attempted to gain entry to a staff office and made threats of violence.
Then at Hallpark and on the way to Falkirk police station, he acted aggressively towards police, repeatedly shouted, swore, made derogatory remarks and threats of violence.
Depute fiscal Sean Iles said the incident took place at the homeless accommodation centre where McGowan lives.
He had turned up late at night with a companion and was told by the concierge that visitors were not allowed in after 11pm.

McGowan “took umbrage at this” said the depute and responded by making the threat, “I’ll punch your face in”.
He then began banging on a screen and the police were called.
McGowan became abusive to the officers calling them paedophiles.
Defence solicitor Ken Dalling said, “He’s remorseful and embarrassed. He admits he can have a vile mouth when intoxicated and he’s not proud of it.”
Sheriff Neil Bowie told McGowan, “No-one simply doing their job should be subjected to this abuse.”
He imposed a community payback order with 65 hours of unpaid work and 12 months of supervision.
