A WEE COUNTY Rotary Club has welcomed a new member into its ranks.
Paul Macleod has become the latest recruit to the Rotary Club of Alloa, making the move up after some time volunteering with the organisation.
While working at V Tech in Stirling, Paul also makes time to volunteer at community events around Clacks, making him a familiar face at the club.
He said: “By deciding now to join the club, I am eager to experience all that Rotary has to offer – fun, fellowship, and the chance to make a real difference in the community through fundraising and service projects.”
Paul has already been involved in events such as Santa at Stirling, wherein he went out in the winter cold to spread festive cheer.

He also dressed up as video game character Mario at the Wimpy Park Funday over the summer, delighting children and their families.
Membership convener Lindsey Spowage added: “Paul’s enthusiasm and skills make him a valuable addition to the club and we’re confident he’ll be an asset to our ongoing efforts.
“Rotary is open to men and women aged 18 and above who want to give back to their communities and engage in a meaningful service.
“By joining, members discover opportunities to connect, learn, and contribute positively.”
The Rotary Club of Alloa has information on their website for anyone interested in joining as a member. This can be viewed at bit.ly/RotaryClubofAlloa.
