A DRUG dealer managed to avoid a jail term initially but has been warned he could still end up there.
Tejay White was caught with cocaine he had obtained to share with friends.
He was sentenced to 300 hours of unpaid work but a sheriff was unimpressed by his lack of progress.
This included an excuse that he had slept in on one occasion.
White, of King Street, Fallin, was back in the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that on June 24 last year at Newmills, Tullibody, he was concerned in the supply of cocaine to others.
Sheriff Neil Bowie told White: “You can’t pick and choose when you do the unpaid work. The bottom line is you have to do it whether you like it not.”
He told White he had been fortunate to avoid a jail sentence for the offence and the order was imposed as a direct alternative to prison.
He is also now on a final warning from social work, the court heard.
The sheriff allowed the order, which was imposed in April, to continue with another review on January 16.
