A 39-year-old Alloa woman has been warned the courts are running out of patience with her after she caused another disturbance.
Cara Kane, of Arran Court, was back in the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court after an incident in a local pub.
She admitted that on May 25 at the Old Brewery, Alloa, she shouted, acted aggressively and struggled with door staff and police officers and committed a breach of the peace.
Depute fiscal Sean Iles said the incident occurred at around 9pm when Kane began acting aggressively in the pub toilet.
When door staff went to deal with the matter, Kane started struggling with them and the police were contacted.

“She was intoxicated and upset. Police went to escort her out and she began struggling with them too,” added the depute.
Sheriff Neil Bowie told Kane: “You’re old enough to know better. You can’t continue behaving like this because the court is going to run out of patience or options.”
He imposed a community payback order with 135 hours of unpaid work and a year of supervision with alcohol treatment as directed.
Kane was in court last year for a similar offence in the same pub when she had struggled with a doorman. She was sentenced to 100 hours of unpaid work for that offence.
