A 49-year-old man has been fined for his “disgraceful behaviour” during an incident in Alva.
Steven McQueen, of Port Street, Clackmannan, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that between and August 25 and 26 last year, at Stirling Street, Alva and on route to Falkirk police station he shouted, swore and made abusive remarks.

Sheriff Neil Bowie told McQueen: “This was disgraceful behaviour by you again.”
Sentence had been deferred on McQueen for good behaviour and he had stayed out of further trouble. Sheriff Bowie imposed a fine of £640.
