THE cause of an explosion which ripped through a property in Alloa remains unknown after SGN have confirmed their network had nothing to do with it.
The gas network carried out maintenance and safety checks immediately after the blast, which claimed the life of one man.
Three others were injured and sent to hospital during the explosion, which took place on Sunday, October 6.
Now, SGN have confirmed that after conducting checks, the explosion was not linked to their underground network.
