AN ALLOA sex offender failed to comply with registration notification requirements and landed himself in more trouble.
Scott Stewart, 30, of Drysdale Street, appeared back at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between June 3 and July 18, he failed to comply with the notification requirements of the Sex Offenders register.
He had failed to inform police within three days of opening a new bank account.
Defence solicitor Lewis Faulds said: “It was an oversight and one that he regrets.”
Sheriff Neil Bowie fined Stewart £270.
Stewart was put on the register earlier this year for groping and sexually assaulting a woman.
