A SAUCHIE man, who has repeatedly failed to comply with a court order, has been warned he could end up in jail.
Jack Logan, 24, of Kippen Place, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court with the original offence having been committed almost three years ago.
Defence solicitor Michael Lowrie conceded the progress report was “poor”, adding: “It would be difficult to argue against it being treated as a breach.”
Sheriff Neil Bowie allowed the order to continue and Logan’s progress will be reviewed on November 7.
However, he warned Logan: “I can revoke the order and send you to custody, especially as the first order was breached.
“I’ll give you one further chance and you’ve had ample opportunity to comply.”
Logan violently attacked his pregnant partner on January 29, 2022.
