A SAUCHIE man returned to committing crime when he was caught shoplifting at a Farmfoods store.
As a result, 40-year-old Scott Henderson, of Craigview, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on August 14 at Farmfoods, Shillinghill, Alloa, he stole a quantity of washing detergent and bacon.
Defence solicitor Charlotte Watt said her client had been staying out of trouble but this offence had been “something of a blip”.
She added: “He regrets coming before the court again.”
Sheriff Neil Bowie said: “This was a relatively isolated matter after a period of not offending.”
He imposed a community payback order with nine months of supervision.
