A LONDON man was caught near Alloa with thousands of cigarettes which carried no health warning.
Lawi Rashid, of Hanbury Street, London, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court with a translator.
The 28-year-old admitted that on September 28 last year on the A907 Gartarry to Alloa road, he supplied or intended to supply 10,000 cigarettes with no statutory health warning on any of the items.
He was also in possession of tobacco products, namely 500 packets of cigarettes, which did not carry a UK duty stamp.

Rashid could not be sentenced as there was no social work report available.
