LITTLE over half of patients were happy with the care provided at the lowest rated Clacks GP, according to a government survey.
The Whins Medical Practice at Clackmannanshire Community Healthcare Centre was rated the worst in the Wee County when it came to the care provided, according to the latest figures in the Scottish Government’s Health and Care Experience Survey.
The figures show that only 54.6 per cent of people rated the care provided as positive, the lowest in the area.
The second lowest rated practice was Tillicoultry Medical Practice with 68 per cent of people saying they received good care.
On the other hand, patients at Dollar Health Centre rated the care received highly with 91 per cent of respondents giving a positive answer.

Every other year, the Health and Care Experience Survey asks a random sample of people registered with a general practice in Scotland about their experiences.
It asks people about their views and opinions on how easy it is to contact a GP in the way they want while patients are also asked about making appointments, the care received, the quality of information provided and opening hours.
Results where too few people have responded have been removed from the survey, meaning some practices are missing from the tables.
