A HOMEBUILDER has acquired land to develop on Greenacres in Sauchie.
Miller Homes plan to build 122 energy-efficient houses at the more than 12 acre site with construction set to begin later this month.
The site will feature a mix of four and five-bedroom homes from Miller Homes' latest portfolio.

Andrew McArthur, regional operations director for Miller Homes Scotland West, said: “This is our first development in Clackmannanshire.
"As more families seek semi-rural living options, areas like Sauchie, surrounded by some of Scotland’s most beautiful countryside, are becoming increasingly popular.
"Greenacres will lead the initial phase of the masterplan, ultimately providing hundreds of much-needed new energy efficient new homes for the area.”
Work on the development will commence this September with homes ready to pre-reserve in autumn.
