A TEENAGER shouted and swore for an hour during a row with his girlfriend in Alva.
Kyle Davidson, 19, of Causeyside Street, Paisley, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on June 9 at Queen Street, Alva, he shouted, swore, acted aggressively and made offensive remarks towards his partner.
Depute fiscal Sarah Smith said at around 12.30pm neighbours heard the couple arguing with Davidson shouting and swearing aggressively.
He was ranting: “I won’t accept this. F****** whore. This is not what’s happening.”
The commotion could be heard out in the street and went on for an hour, which resulted in neighbours phoning the police.

Defence solicitor Charlotte Watt said: “This is something that escalated beyond anything it should have. There have been no further difficulties.”
Admonishing Davidson, Sheriff Garry Sutherland told the first offender: “You now have a conviction so make sure this is the only one you have.”
