A TULLIBODY man, who made threats during a 999 call, could be heading for more trouble.
Aiden Drummond, 29, of Braehead Avenue, appeared back at Alloa Sheriff Court for a review of his community payback order.
He previously admitted that on June 14 last year at his home he contacted the emergency services via 999, shouted, swore, made threats of violence, racially offensive comments and a derogatory remark.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a community payback order with two years of supervision.

When Drummond returned to court for the review, Sheriff Bowie told him: “Your engagement with this order has been erratic.
“I’ll allow it to continue but with the condition you undertake drug treatment as required.”
He warned Drummond that the order could be revoked next time and another sentence imposed.
Another review of the order will take place on November 21.
