A SAUCHIE resident marked an impressive milestone on Monday as she celebrated her 100th birthday.
Betty Irvine became Clackmannanshire’s latest centenarian and celebrated with a glass of fizz and dancing.
A resident at Menstrie House, Betty was surprised by Provost Donald Balsillie and Sheila Bulloch from the Clackmannanshire Lieutenancy.
They presented Betty with her card from the king and queen consort and a bouquet of flowers on behalf of the local authority.
Betty spent the day with her friends and family as the team at Menstrie House put on a party for her, allowing her to spend her 100th dancing.
