A SAUCHIE man has been warned he could be facing jail for not complying with his unpaid work order.
Conlan McEwan, 22, had originally been sentenced to 40 hours of unpaid work but did none of it and so it was increased to 90 hours.
When he returned to Alloa Sheriff Court for his progress to be monitored, he had only done one shift.
McEwan, now of Branshill Park, had shouted abuse and caused a drunken incident after falling out with his partner.
He admitted that on January 28 at Hallpark, he shouted, swore, acted aggressively, repeatedly struck a door and window, then made threats of violence towards police officers.
Defence solicitor Kelly Howe said: “I’ve told him the court will be running out of patience with him.
"He’s had anxiety about attending at the work squad.”

Sheriff Neil Bowie told McEwan that when he returns the court he expects to see that a third of the hours have been done.
He warned him if he does not comply he could be jailed for three months instead.
The order was allowed to continue and McEwan will return to court on August 8.
