AN ALVA man has been fined for causing a disturbance when he was looking for a fight.
Richard Brown, 52, of Courthill, Alva, appeared for sentencing at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that on 31st August 2022 at Cobden Street, Alva, he made threats of violence and challenged a man to fight.
Sentencing had been deferred for Brown to be of good behaviour and he stayed out of further trouble.
In those circumstances, Sheriff Neil Bowie fined Brown £420.
