HARD work will make dreams come true – that was the message as a Clacks performing arts school put a spectacular show on stage last month.

There was hardly a seat left unoccupied when Forefront Stage School put on its performances of The Dream at Alloa Town Hall.

Most of the four performances were sold out for last month's show, which saw a variety of styles with some as young as two-and-a-half, and some as old as 18 showcasing their talents on stage.

The school prides itself in high standard performances and in being a place “where dreams come true”.

And some are already living the dream of pursuing a career in musical theatre and dance with one of the school’s seniors, Erin, set to study with Hamilton Theatre Arts in Glasgow.

“Anybody can dream and this is what you can do if you work hard and have aspirations”, Forefront principal Amber Rennie explained as she looked back at what was another spectacular show.

“Dream, believe and achieve – that’s always been my tagline and now Erin is 18, away to college and her dream has come true.

“If you dream, if you work hard, then you can do whatever you want.”

The show sought to inspire pupils and spectators alike and did not disappoint with fabulous feedback from those who attended the high quality performance, something Amber always aspires to provide.

She added: “The kids were amazing, the audiences were amazing – the show was received really well.”
