A SAUCHIE man has been jailed after failing to comply with a community-based sentence.
Instead, the orders were revoked and 25-year-old Ronan Kane was given a jail term.
Kane, of Sprotwell Terrace, appeared by video-link from prison at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He had previously admitted that on November 23, 2022, at Scott Crescent, Alloa, he was in possession of etizolam.
He also resisted two police officers, engaged in a physical struggle with them in an attempt to escape detention, broke away and fled.

Having been given community sentences, Kane breached them.
Sheriff Neil Bowie revoked the restriction of liberty order and community payback order.
In their place, he jailed Kane for 100 days.
