ALLOA ACADEMY Rugby Club are celebrating getting new kits, thanks to some help from their partnered sponsors.
The club coordinated with Grass Seed Direct, a local firm who sponsors the rugby team and is headed by Ross Muirhead, former player for the club.
Murray McKenzie, club youth development officer, identified need for a new kit after attending the first rugby festival of the season.
As part of their support of the School of Rugby programme at Alloa Academy, Grass Seed Direct and Murray worked together to finance and provide new kits for both the boys and girls school teams.
A spokesperson for Alloa Academy Rugby Club said: “The club would like to thank Ross for his continued support of our junior section.”
