A TEENAGER headbutted a police officer who had been called out to assist him.
Liam Duffy, 19, from Glasgow but currently in detention, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court by video-link from prison.
He admitted that on December 27, at Meadow Green, Sauchie, he assaulted a police officer by headbutting him.
He also shouted, swore, repeatedly made threats and struggled violently with police.
Depute fiscal Sean Iles said police had been called to the area because of concerns for Duffy's welfare.
They found him and put him in the back of a police vehicle.
Duffy became hostile saying: "I'll find where you live and burn your house down."
He was arrested and began struggling violently, headbutting one of the officers.
Sheriff Garry Sutherland jailed Duffy for two months to run concurrently to his current term.
He had been sentenced to two years detention for another matter at Falkirk last month.
