AN ALVA man caused a domestic disturbance by acting aggressively and making offensive comments.
Cailein Duff, 41, of Southcroft, appeared back at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that on June 11 last year at Carseview, Tullibody, he shouted, swore, acted in an aggressive manner and made offensive remarks.
In December, sentence had been deferred on Duff for him to be of good behaviour.

When he returned to the dock, the court was told he had stayed out of further trouble.
Sheriff Neil Bowie admonished Duff and decided not to impose a non-harassment order even though his ex-partner was in favour of one.
