A Clackmannan man was caught driving when more than three times over the limit for cannabis.
Andrew Hamilton, 38, of Zetland Street, appeared in the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on February 20 at the Morrisons store, Alloa, he drove a car when over the limit for cannabis.
His reading was seven microgrammes of THC per litre of blood, the limit being two microgrammes.
Hamilton could not be sentenced because he had not attended an appointment with the social work department for a report to be written on him.
Defence solicitor Robert Smith said his client has memory problems and had forgotten about the meeting.
Sheriff Neil Bowie deferred sentencing again until June 13.
