A CLACKMANNAN man breached bail conditions by speaking to his gran.
As a result, 26-year-old Kieran Harrower, of Dundas Crescent, was back in the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between January 31 and February 2 at Tower View, Sauchie, he repeatedly called his grandmother, demanded money and attended there uninvited.
Depute fiscal Sean Iles said Harrower had been brought up by his grandparents.
He had been making repeated calls to their home to speak to his grandfather but the phone had been answered by his gran on some of these occasions.
Defence solicitor Kelly Howe said her client suffers from mental health issues and was on medication as a result.
Sheriff Neil Bowie deferred sentence until July 15 when Harrower has other matters calling in court.
