A CLACKMANNAN teenager has been put on a ‘tag’ for his conduct towards his former partner after their relationship ended.
Jamie Moran, 19, of Backwood Court, appeared in the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on November 4 at Hillcrest Drive, Alloa, he acted aggressively and made a racist remark.
He also admitted that on November 5, again at Hillcrest Drive, he sent multiple text messages to his former partner which contained swear words, offensive and homophobic comments and threats of violence.
Defence solicitor Charlotte Watt said: “He’s very apologetic for his behaviour.
“Their relationship ended in a rather unpleasant way. He was intoxicated at the time of the offences. She was also involved in some unkind behaviour towards him.”
The court heard Moran is already on a community payback order.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a 90-day restriction of liberty order.
