A man has died following an incident at Dollar Glen.
Emergency services were called out yesterday morning after reports of three people in danger in the water at the Glen.
Two women and a 39-year-old man were pulled from the water. However, sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of concern for three people in water in the Dollar Glen area near Dollar shortly after 10.30am on Saturday, April 13.
“Officers attended, along with a range of other emergency services. All three were removed from the water.
“A 39-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Two women received treatment from the Scottish Ambulance Service."
The spokesperson added that enquiries were ongoing to establish the full circumstances.
