A Sauchie man, who caused a disturbance outside a neighbour’s home, has been ordered to do unpaid work.
Mark Sharp, 38, of Main Street, appeared for sentencing at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on January 21 in Main Street, he shouted, swore, made a threat of violence, acted aggressively and repeatedly struck a door.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a community payback order with 100 hours of unpaid work.
He told Sharp: “Your explanation is bizarre, something about rubbish being left in your garden.”
