A CLACKMANNAN woman, who punched a girl she had spent the day with, has been sentenced.
Ebony Duncan, 21, of Tower Place, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court.
She admitted that on November 9, 2022 on a pedestrian path between Alloa and Clackmannan, while acting with a juvenile, she assaulted a female by punching her on the head.
Depute fiscal Sarah Smith said the victim had spent the day with Duncan and a third female.
As they walked along the path at around 8pm an argument broke out and the victim was attacked by the other two. This included being punched by Duncan.
Sheriff Garry Sutherland fined Duncan £220.
