A NEW restaurant hosted their VIP night ahead of their grand opening this evening to very positive reviews.

Castle View, located in Broomhall Castle welcomed more than 70 VIPs to an exclusive sneak preview of the Menstrie restaurant on Wednesday evening.

Early reviews of Castle View have been very promising, indicating that this new restaurant will become a mainstay in Clacks.

Misha Tabani set up the VIP night for Castle View and told the Advertiser it went extremely well, with the future looking bright.

“It was fabulous,” Misha said. “We got such good feedback from everybody, the food was amazing so we were really pleased.

“A lot of people didn’t want to leave when the restaurant closed, everybody was having so much fun.

“The VIP opening night went amazingly well, everyone had a great time and we had great feedback on the food and drinks served as well.”

Castle View will serve primarily Scottish dishes, featuring catch of the day provided by local fishmongers, steaks and salads.

The restaurant will also have a range of vegan and vegetarian options, ensuring there is something for everybody.

Castle View is now gearing up for their huge official opening night, where they will open at 5pm this evening.

“We’re very excited to open,” Misha added. “We’re all super excited to be opening after such a successful night on Wednesday.”
