THREE lucky Forestmill residents have won the People’s Postcode Lottery, just 10 weeks after they won it last year.
The trio won £1000 each, with one of the winners doubling that to £2000 as they had two tickets, after they had already landed a share of £3.2 million.
As reported by the Advertiser in December, residents in FK10 3 won their share of £3.2 million, with Gannet Hill View in Fishcross being chosen as the overall winner, netting the lucky home owners there with more than £123,000.
Now, the three residents on Parklands Place, Forestmill have won a grand each as their postcode – FK10 3QJ – was chosen as the winner.
Judie McCourt, People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador, said: “It’s like buses for our joyful Forestmill players as they celebrate their second win in two months.
“I hope they have bundles of fun spending the money.
“A big congratulations.”
People’s Postcode Lottery costs £12 a month play, with their postcode being entered automatically into a draw.
The money put in is donated to charity, with the PPL having raised £1.2 billion for thousands of charities and good causes.
