A 43-year-old man, who scared a young girl by kissing her in an Alloa pub, has been sentenced to unpaid work.
Saulius Lotuzis, of Zetland Street, Clackmannan, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court, accompanied by a Lithuanian translator.
He admitted that on September 25, 2022 at the Old Brewery, East Vennel, Alloa, he placed his arms around the shoulders of a girl, then aged nine years, kissed her on the side of the face, causing her fear or alarm and committing a breach of the peace.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a community payback order with 130 hours of unpaid work.
