A CLACKS animal and pet care charity is appealing for information about a lost kitten currently in their care.
Forth Valley Cats Protection Adoption Centre, based in Alloa, posted an appeal on Monday, January 15 about a female kitten that has been found straying in the Tullibody area.
The charity has taken the kitten into their care and are now appealing for anyone who may know who the cat belongs to and can help the cat be reunited with its owners.
In a post published by the charity on Facebook, they said: “We are appealing for any information about this female kitten that has been straying in the Tullibody area for the last week.
“The kitten is now safe and warm in our care but was very cold and dirty when brought in.
“If you have any information or are the owner of this wee one, could you give us a call on 01259 720555 or email us at forthvalley@cats.org.uk.
“Please note photographic proof will be needed to claim this kitten.”
Alongside the appeal, Forth Valley Cats Protection Adoption Centre is also looking for volunteers in the Forth Valley area to join their team and help rehome lost and found cats across the region.
Volunteers will be required to help scan strays, help with paper collars and will be working on reuniting cats with their owners.
Anyone interesting in joining the team at the centre can email them on vtl@forthvalley.cats.org.uk.
