An Alloa motorist’s dangerous driving caused a crash near Culross.
David Hunter lost control of his car on a bend and smashed into an oncoming van, injuring the occupants.
Hunter, 38, of Lambert Terrace, Alloa, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on March 31, 2021, on the A985 near to the Gallows Loan road, Culross, he drove a car dangerously, lost control on a bend, entered into the opposing carriageway into the path of an oncoming van, collided with it, whereby both vehicles were damaged and came to rest on grass verges.
Injury was caused to the van driver and his female passenger.
Sentence was deferred for reports until October 4 and an interim driving ban was imposed.
