A CLACKS author will be hosting a event at the Speirs Centre to mark the launch of his debut novel.
John Glass released his novel, Memory Gene, about an archaeologist who discovers a piece of pottery, sending him on an adventure through time itself.
John will discuss his background and how he came to write the book at the event, held on July 20 between 2pm-2.30pm.
He will also carry out book signings. Tea and coffee will be on offer.
For those who cannot make it, there will be a second event held at the Ben Cleuch Centre on Thursday, August 10.
Advance booking is recommended. Places can be booked by calling the Speirs Centre at 01259 452 262.
