A PET adoption agency is appealing to members of the public to look past reserved natures of a trio of homeless cats.
The three cats have been overlooked by potential adopters, with cat lovers being sought to give these pets a loving home.
Cats Protection’s Forth Valley Adoption Centre, based in Fishcross, has experienced an incredibly busy year, with a high abundance of cats admitted for reasons including the cost-of-living crisis.
Natasha Russell, senior rehoming and welfare assistant, said: “These three cats may not give off the best first impressions but this is down to them being in an unnatural setting.
“While we do our very best to take care of all the cats while they are with us, a peaceful and loving him would settle their anxiety and allow them to come out of their shells.”
The cats include 13-year-olds Moo Moo and Chee Chee and seven-year-old Daisy. Moo Moo was bullied by other cats, with an accident as a kitten requiring her to have a metal pin in her hip.
Chee Chee is initially hesitant with humans but loves outside adventures, so needs a home away from busy roads.
Daisy had little interactions with humans as a kitten, but once she becomes comfortable she transforms into a playful, chatty cat.
The adoption centre will be able to provide all the necessary advice on how to settle cats into their new homes.
Cats Protection provides six months free behaviour advice following all adoptions.
