MEMBERS of the Ochils Mountain Rescue Team were called out last week to assist in the rescue of a paraglider.
The team supported the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service in coming to the aid of the glider, who had got into difficulty in the Alva area.
Firefighters managed to successfully extract the glider from the trees and paramedics were on hand to provide casualty care.
The operation was officially called off shortly after midnight.
The Rescue Team has been lending a hand to various events within the Wee County over the past week.
Members provided support during the Alloa Rotary Club's Nebit Hillwalk, whilst also supporting the Dollar Academy sponsored walk.
Team leader Ben and member Chris were also filmed for a TV documentary about rescue search dogs.
The OMRT would like to thank everyone for their support during an incredibly busy period for them.
