ALLOA TOWER welcomed families across the Wee County for the annual fun-filled Easter egg trail over the weekend.
The Tower was decked out with puzzles and animals to solve as kids went through the historic attraction to find eggs.
The kids collected all the animals throughout the property and were rewarded with a chocolate egg at the end of the trail.
Alison Fraser, visitor services manager at Alloa Tower, was delighted the event remains as ever popular as before.
She said: “Having an event like this really encourages visitors, especially families, to come along for the Easter weekend.
“We had around 250 visitors over the Saturday and Sunday and it was a lovely community event. It’s quite good that this is one of our most loved events in our calendar.
“It was really good to get local people involved and it was nice to see the wee ones faces when they were participating and when they got the egg at the end.
“All money raised from the egg hunt goes towards the preservation and the upkeep of the Tower.”
The trail featured clues scattered across four areas of the Tower, starting off in the Great Hall before making way through the Charter Room, the Solar and a walk along the roof.
Kids then made their way down to reception and collected their chocolate egg reward.
“It’s such a lovely place to have an event and we get just as much enjoyment out of it as the people who come,” Alison added.
“I want to say a big thanks to the staff and volunteers who made it such a memorable weekend for everybody.”
