A FORTH VALLEY van driver was more than three times the legal drink-driving limit in Kincardine, a court has heard.
Christopher Sneddon, of Birkhill Crescent, Bo’ness, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on July 26, at Toll Road, Kincardine, he drove a van having consumed excess alcohol.
His reading was 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 22 microgrammes.
Sheriff Susan Duff called for reports and imposed an interim driving ban until sentencing on September 21.
