A SAUCHIE man has been jailed after colliding with two vehicles when unfit to drive.
James Taylor, of Hallpark, appeared for sentencing at Alloa Sheriff Court on Thursday, August 5.
The 26-year-old admitted that on November 10, in Hill Street, Alloa, he drove a car carelessly causing it to collide with two parked cars, causing damage to both of them.
He also drove when unfit to do so when unfit through drink or drugs and without insurance.
Robertson was already on court orders when he appeared for sentencing last week.
Defence solicitor Grazia Robertson said her client was "weak" when it was pointed out his engagement in his current community payback order was "lukewarm at best" by Sheriff Craig Harris.
She claimed he was "well intentioned" and "it's not a case that he simply can't be bothered."
However, Sheriff Harris handed Taylor a three-month prison sentence and banned him from driving for three years.
