A WOMAN struggled with police, kicked an officer and made homophobic comments during disturbances in Sauchie and Stirling.
Paige Grimes was involved in two similar incidents within a few months.
Alloa Sheriff Court was told on Thursday, June 10, that Grimes, of Quakerfield, Bannockburn, was "mortified" by her behaviour.
On June 9, last year, at Hallpark homeless accommodation unit, she acted aggressively, shouted, swore and made a homophobic comment to police officers and kicked out at a constable.
On October 25, at Stirling Council homeless unit, Springkerse Road, Stirling, she acted aggressively towards police officers, shouted and swore.
She also resisted two police officers and struggled with them.
The 22-year-old also assaulted a police constable by kicking him.
Depute fiscal Susannah Hutchison said Grimes had been allowed into a homeless accommodation unit in Sauchie where her partner was staying at the time.
A staff member had been told she was pregnant and needed to use the toilet but she failed to come back out.
The police were contacted and officers found Grimes hiding under bed sheets.
When asked if she was in fact pregnant, she replied: "Do I look pregnant, you cheeky f****** c***?"
Sheriff Alison Michie imposed a community payback order with 12 months of supervision and 170 hours of unpaid work.
