A SAUCHIE man who has repeatedly ignored court orders is now behind bars.
John Kirkham, of Lochbrae, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court by video-link from jail on Thursday, May 13.
The 26-year-old admitted that on April 9 he breached a court order when he was in contact with his partner, the order having been imposed on April 1.
The court was told that police had received information that Kirkham was in the company of his partner.
He answered the door to officers and allowed them in, saying to his partner: "I'm getting the jail again."
Defence solicitor Robert Smith said: "He's the author of his own misfortune. She had turned up at his home and foolishly he let her in.
"They both want to continue the relationship."
Sheriff Craig Harris pointed out that on April 1 Kirkham had been placed on a restriction of liberty order for breaching court orders.
At that time, he had said he "couldn't care less" about breaching bail.
He then jailed Kirkham for 100 days.
