CCTV images have been released in a bid to trace a man who may be able to assist with an assault in Alva last month.
The incident is said to have taken place on Sunday, January 24, on the public footpath of Stirling Street.
Officers stated the assault occurred at around 8.45pm between Cobden Street and the Day Today shop.
The male in the images is described as being in his 30s, 5ft 10" in height, of stocky build, with receding dark hair.
He was believed to be wearing a dark blue sports-style zipped jacket with a logo on the left chest, dark trousers and black trainers with a distinctive white sole.
