Clackmannanshire and Stirling Integration Joint Board - Accounts for the Period 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016
Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 195 (public notices) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, in that
? A copy of the Clackmannanshire and Stirling Integration Joint Board unaudited accounts for the period 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016 will be available for public inspection in the offices of the Clackmannanshire Council, Kilncraigs, Alloa; NHS Forth Valley, Carseview House Stirling; and Stirling Council, Accounting Section, Teith House, Stirling between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, from 1 July 2016 to 5 August 2016, both days inclusive.

? A copy of the accounts will also be available at the following website: http://nhsforthvalley. com/about-us/health-and-social-care-integration/clackmannanshire-and-stirling/

? Any person interested may inspect a copy of the unaudited accounts, all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts related thereto, and may take copies of any or all parts of the accounts;

? Any person interested may object to the accounts or to any part of the accounts, no later than 8 August 2016 by:

? Sending their objection in writing, together with a statement of the grounds thereof, to the auditor, Grant Thornton UK LLP, 7 Exchange Crescent, Edinburgh, EH3 8AN and;

? Sending their objection in writing, together with a statement of the grounds thereof

to the Controller of Audit, Audit Scotland, 110 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4LH and;
? Sending a copy of that objection and statement to the authority and to any officer

of the authority who may be concerned, to be addressed to Chief Finance Officer, Integration Joint Board, Kilncraigs, Greenside Street, Alloa FK10 1EB
? The auditor shall, if requested by the person objecting, the authority, or by any officer of the authority who may be concerned, afford to that person or authority or officer, as the case may be, an opportunity of appearing before and being heard by the auditor with respect to that objection; and any such person or officer may so appear and be heard either personally or by a representative.
