UNDER THE FATAL ACCIDENTS AND SUDDEN DEATHS INQUIRY (SCOTLAND) ACT 1976
The Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife will hold a Preliminary hearing on 15/2/16 at 9.30am and an Inquiry on 4th, 7th and 8th April 2016 at 10.00am within the Sheriff Court House at Falkirk into the circumstances of the death of Jordan Barron, DOB 13/9/94, who died on 14/7/14 within Polmont Young Offenders Institution.
